- Commercially exploit the software itself without authorization.
You may use our products for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license.
8. Desktop Application License
Where Vibes Music Studio provides a desktop application, you may download, install, and use the application on one device that you own or control, unless the applicable product page, subscription plan, license, or other written authorization permits installation on additional devices.
The application may be used for personal or business purposes in accordance with the applicable Service plan and license terms.
Your license is subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and the proprietary materials made available through it are protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.
Vibes Music Studio retains its rights in its proprietary software, synthesizer engines, source code, object code, designs, graphics, branding, logos, website content, documentation, interfaces, technology, and other proprietary materials (collectively, “Vibes Music Studio Property”).
Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or subscribing to a Vibes Music Studio product does not transfer ownership of Vibes Music Studio Property to you.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms or another applicable license, all rights in Vibes Music Studio Property are reserved.
Third-party trademarks, software, technologies, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service or its content:

12. Software Compatibility and System Requirements
Before purchasing or downloading software, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, operating-system compatibility, DAW compatibility, system requirements, and other technical requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to keep compatibility information accurate.
However, operating systems, DAWs, hardware, drivers, and third-party software can change over time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that a product will operate with hardware, software, operating systems, or third-party applications that are not listed as supported.
13. Prices and Payment
Prices for our products, subscriptions, and Services will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and payment information.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, payment provider, and the checkout options currently offered by Vibes Music Studio.
By submitting a payment method, you authorize us and/or our payment service provider to charge the applicable amount for your purchase or subscription.
You are responsible for promptly updating billing information where necessary.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, subscription prices, and billing procedures. Where changes affect an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
14. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Where a Service is offered as a recurring subscription, the applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be shown before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable subscription charges to be collected at the disclosed billing intervals until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

17. Fraudulent Claims and Chargebacks

However, knowingly submitting a false, misleading, or fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback may constitute a violation of these Terms.
Examples may include knowingly claiming that an authorized purchase was unauthorized, or claiming that a digital product was not delivered after successfully receiving or accessing it.
Where we reasonably believe that fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or payment abuse has occurred, we may investigate the transaction and provide relevant transaction, delivery, account, license, download, and communication records to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
Where permitted by applicable law, accounts associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or serious abuse may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
18. Suspension and Termination
Vibes Music Studio may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including where you:

- Provide false or misleading information;
- Engage in fraudulent activity;
- Misuse our software or licensing systems;
- Attempt to compromise our Service or systems;

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time and may cancel eligible subscriptions using the available cancellation functionality or by contacting us.
Following account termination, some account information or content may no longer be accessible.
We may retain certain information where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, or legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Provisions which by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

A waiver of one provision does not constitute a waiver of another provision or a continuing waiver of the same provision.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction established by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, our products, or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan, including any applicable consumer court.
